It began during one of the toughest phases of my life.

In 2024, everything seemed to fall apart at once. I lost my job, went through personal challenges, and felt like I had completely lost direction. It was one of those moments where you question everything — your career, your choices, your future.

But sometimes, rock bottom becomes the place where you rebuild.

During that phase, I found myself drawn toward skincare. Not just using it — but understanding it. I started reading about ingredients, skin biology, safety standards, and formulations. What began as simple curiosity slowly turned into something much deeper.

A big part of my early interest came from someone whose passion for skincare genuinely inspired me. Watching how seriously she treated skin health made me realise something important: skincare isn’t a luxury… it’s self-care.

That thought stayed with me.

I studied for months, experimented, spoke to chemists, learned what Indian skin truly needs, and slowly, the idea of OnlyShy started taking shape.

OnlyShy is my comeback story.
