ONLYSHY — RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At OnlyShy, your satisfaction comes first. We ensure safe packaging, fresh stock, and reliable delivery — but if something goes wrong, our support team is here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
We accept return or replacement requests only if:

You receive a damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect product

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
To be eligible:

You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery

You must share clear photos/video of the product and the outer packaging
Note: We do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or opened products

Items without original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items
-
Products purchased during flash sales or special offers (unless damaged/incorrect)
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received
If you receive:

A damaged item

A leaking bottle
-
A wrong product
-
An incomplete order

4. Refund Process
If your case qualifies for a refund:

Refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Net-Banking).

Refund is initiated within 48–72 hours once approved.

Your bank may take an additional 3–7 working days to reflect the amount.
COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Replacement Process
Replacements are approved if:

You received a damaged/incorrect product

The issue is verified through shared images/videos
Once approved:

A replacement will be shipped within 48 working hours

Delivery timeline will follow standard shipping duration
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting customer care.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
If OnlyShy cancels the order due to:

Pin code unserviceability
-
Stock issues
-
Payment failure
-
Security concerns
Prepaid customers will be refunded within 48 hours.
7. Wrong Address / Missed Delivery
Returns or refunds are not eligible if:

Incorrect address or pin code was entered by the customer

Customer was unavailable for all delivery attempts
-
Customer refused delivery for reasons other than product damage
In such cases, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
8. Exchange Policy
OnlyShy does not offer exchanges (e.g., swapping one product for another).
Exchanges are only possible in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
9. International Orders
For international orders:

Returns or replacements are not available unless the product is damaged or incorrect

Refunds depend on courier partner clearance and may take longer
