1. Delivery Coverage

OnlyShy ships to 20,000+ pin codes across India, covering metros, Tier-1, Tier-2, and remote locations.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Order Processing:
All orders are dispatched within 48 working hours of successful placement.

Estimated Delivery:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata): Within 3 days

  • Rest of India: Typically 2–10 days
    Delivery time may vary due to weather, holidays, strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues.

3. Delayed Delivery

4. Undeliverable Pin Codes

Serviceability is checked at checkout and again before dispatch.
If a pin code becomes unserviceable post-order:

  • The order will be cancelled

  • Prepaid customers will receive a full refund within 48 hours

5. Shipping Fees

  • COD Orders: ₹70 additional fee

  • Prepaid Orders: No extra delivery charge

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your full address, phone number, and pin code are correct.

  • Once an order is placed, address and order details cannot be changed.

  • One order can be delivered to one address only.

8. Order Cancellation (By OnlyShy)

In rare cases, orders may be cancelled due to logistics or serviceability issues.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 48 hours.

9. Delivery Attempts

Couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If unsuccessful, our team will contact you to help arrange re-delivery.

10. Multiple Product Orders

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
Each package will have a unique tracking number and may arrive at different times.
